Breathe the chill of this desolate place where I reside
Blankly stare repeating aphorisms slowly
Life leaves with every sigh
Know thy name
Repeat again
Called by shame
Ignore my friend
No escape from empty
Come to me, come to me
I am tired from all of these
Fantasies, make believe
You control and demean
No releasing
Never be, Never see
Kill my dreams sadistically
Bury me, bury me
When I see it again, don't know if I can take it
Uptight, pure white
Expectation betrays my only remaining
Birth rite, live life
Can I live it again with death weighing down
For visions you can trade the day
Some sacrifices are mistakes
Night time
Resting still
Heavy eyes
Weigh down the will
I know something's lurking
Will never sleep, leave me in peace
Oh watchful one
Even in my deepest dreams, suppressing me
Oh why
What do you want from me
My soul is screaming for why
What do you want from me
My mind was yours
What did you leave of me
My body writhing on the floor
What did you give to me
I gave you a reason to rise
Your Enemy is your reason to live
You restrain yourself to escape the inescapable
Come to me, come to me
I am tired from all of these
Fantasies, make believe
You control and demean
No releasing
Never be, Never see
Kill my dreams sadistically
Bury me, bury me
When I see it again, don't know if I can take it
You were always looking for a sign to live
You reject me every time I give
The time is wasting like your mind and soul
I'll laugh each time you think you have control
Come to me, come to me
I am tired from all of these
Fantasies, make believe
You control and demean
No releasing
Never be, Never see
Kill my dreams sadistically
Bury me, bury me
When I see it again, don't know if I can take it
Death bearing soul
You'll have to face me if want your control
Welcome to the sunny side of life and behold
It's wrestle with me or remain in the cold
It's the only choice you have

The metal’s band revelatory new record crosses genres and styles, effortlessly combining seemingly incompatible subgenres. Bandcamp Album of the Day Apr 26, 2024
Streamlining their post-metal sprawl through a sharper melodic focus, the Scottish juggernauts' third LP is labyrinthine yet approachable. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 25, 2024
looking forward to the next release(s). Although previous work is excellent, this design, arrangements, and overall mix/mastering are phenomenal. One of my favorite things about instrumental music is the fact it speaks differently to each person. Sure, there's standout tracks for the average listener, but reviewing comments to find a ton of variety in their "favorite track" it speaks to Aaron's vision for progressive melodic metal that's easy to listen to, while still demanding your attention. patrick riolo
